We call it, "Reverse-Landlording," because most landlords own a house first and then lose money as they wait on a qualified tenant who wants to rent the house. We do it the exact opposite... tenant first and then house.

In short, you apply and get approved as a tenant, then you find a home listed for sale that's right for you. Our partner buys it and leases it to you with the peace of mind of locked-in rent amounts and purchase prices (this means you could be building wealth/equity in the home while you rent). You live in the home as a renter with the option to buy it at any point. 

If you don't buy it, at the end of your 1-year lease term, you can renew for another year (still able to buy at ay point) or walk away with no penalties. No matter what you decide, we are your partner. It's all about you!
